The night cap of the double header put the Warriors against their arch rivals Rochester Rampage for the 4th time this season. The game was too close, as the bats were unable to get rolling until late. Trailing 3-0 into the 6th, the Warriors would add 2, then add an additional 4 in the 8th inning to eventually come away with the win late in the game 6-3.

Austin Baukol had another great pitching performance, going the complete game, striking out 5, 6 hits, and only allowing 3 runs, 2 of which were unearned. Austin finished off the game, picking up the win, as the Warriors advance to Championship weekend.

The purple bats were still rolling, 11 hits compiled on the day, adding 6 runs. Although no moonshots, there were plenty of scoring plays and hits to go around. Kanen Hudson (2), Chris Weiseman (2) and Nick Nelson (3) led the way in hits, each scoring once on the day. The runs were spread out, as Tim Busch, Jeff Cargill, Shane Fox, Jeremy Marquardt, Nick Vreeman, and Chris Weiseman each had 1 RBI. The big 8th inning was enough, as the Warriors strung together a few clutch hits, playing small ball, and eventually driving in the run to win the game.

Next week the Warriors play the 2 seed Clements for a berth to the Championship game.
