Game 5 was a wild game for the Warriors, as it led to an amazing comeback in extra innings, resulting in a walk-off in the 10th inning. The Warriors ended up with the 'W' 6-4, moving into sole 2nd place in the standings and a lock for a playoff first round bye.

Once again, the common theme for the day is the pitching. Austin Baukol, on a 3 game rest, took the hill, giving up only 3 hits while striking out 8 batters in 8 IP. Clements mustered 3 runs in that span, all coming from Warrior fielding errors. Adrian Williams took the bump in the 8th, but could not get an out, walking 3 and giving up a run in the 9th. After bases loaded, Chris Wieseman enters the game to get out of the jam in the 9th. He would end the game picking up the win, pitching 2 no-hit innings, and striking out 3 batters.

A wild offensive finish occured as the Warriors scored 3 runs in the bottom half of the 9th to tie the game and send it to extras. Chris Weiseman had a huge 2 RBI double to the fence, and would eventually come around and score the tying run on a Shane Fox RBI. Austin Baukol finished the game in extras, hitting a huge walk-off 2 RBI triple to lead the Warriors to a comeback victory. Tim Busch led the team with a 3 hit performance, adding a double and scoring twice. Jeremy Marquardt and Chris Weiseman each collected 2 hits, each also crossing the plate once. Austin Baukol, Jeff Cargill, Dan Fitzsimmons, Nick Vreeman, Shane Fox all had hits in the game, as the Warriors accumulated 12 hits on the day. Shane Howard (the GOAT) ended his hit streak, as he was unable to reach base in 3 PA, and Nate Vreeman continues his poor hitting performance with another 0 for 2 affair.

The Warriors look to clinch the 1 seed in the final regular season game of the year next week as they face off ag
